Show schedules are subject to change based on weather conditions of the day.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled show time.
All foreign nationals must share their passport details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
Do not touch or disturb the birds unless supervised by park staff. Follow all guidelines provided during feeding sessions and interactive exhibits.
Flash can startle the birds. Ensure your camera flash is turned off while taking pictures.
For your safety and to protect the habitat, please stay on marked paths and trails.
Do not bring outside food or drinks into the park. Feeding the birds anything not provided by the park staff is prohibited.
Children must be supervised at all times. Ensure they do not run or shout, which can disturb the birds and other visitors.
Listen to and follow all instructions given by park staff, particularly during shows, tours, and feeding sessions.
